To start JTAG Tools correctly you must :
- connect your JTAG with the box switch off
- switch on the box and wait for the channel number P xxx
- run JTAG Tools
- On TARGET area click CPU ID (You will see the reference of your ST processor)
- On TARGET area choose the DUT : PACE TS2 or PHILIPS TS6
- On TRAP HANDLER area click on Load (If it's Ok you will see : Load Trap Handler without FLASH management)

At this point you have load a trap handler into your box witch permit you to inspect memory (SDRAM, FLASH, EMI etc) in MEMORY area but you haven't any FLASH Trap Handler.

- On FLASH area click on FLASH ID to load the FLASH Trap handler (the handler loaded depend on your Bus configuration 32 bits for Firmware and 16 bits for Tables)
If all Ok you can see the refernce of your FLASH device.

At this point you can erase all the FLASH and write it.

To reboot your box click on Reboot on the INSTRUCTIONS area

Caution
All the FLASH area is erased so after that you must write the all area.
Don't switch off the box or stop the JTAG Tools when you start to erase the FLASH and between erase and write operation. Normally JTAG Tools can get control of the box with FLASH erased but it must be difficult sometimes.
