There is we see four channels:

 

ALSAT RTV, NAPOLI NOVA MAIN, NAP9 OSPITE, TELEPORT LONDON.

 

Now we shall look in bouquets-file

There is only three channels and it's not neutrino mistake, the matter is that two channels have identical parameters:

 

service_id="0001" name="NAPOLI NOVA MAIN" - has transponder id="00b0" onid="00b1"

 

and

 

service_id="0001" name="TELEPORT LONDON" - has transponder id="00b0" onid="00b1"

 

Now if you need to have this channel (TELEPORT LONDON) in a bouquet you should generate other transponder id and onid for it.

It's very inconveniently and likely is not correct. But such code neutrino we have.
