[7025] Nieuwe CVS drivers

A new *experimental* driver:

featuring: (additionally to all previous versions, as usual)

- different SPDIF channel status bit, which *might* help some

receivers. This is really experimental, and is likely to be changed again.

- some really minor alps bsbe1-c01a fixes.

The are some DVB-C changes, a possible I2C fix, and (that's the main

thing why I'm pushing out this update) a fix for recordings in bad

signal conditions with DVB-T frontends. This resulted previously in

aborted records due to an out-of-sync condition after a signal dropout

which wasn't automatically fixed.

 

featuring:

 

- don't ever try to genlock on PIP

- (hopefully) final fix for the "green picture bug"
