Harddisk Recording Error

The following error occured while trying to record a television program. After stopping a recording i had 3 entries of the same program in my movie list. 2 of them have a link to the right file and 1 has a size of 0 bytes ?

All this happend after a crash while recording yesterday and several reformats of the drive because it sometimes stops recording by itself.

 

The drive uses a max of 400 mA and only with spinup it uses 1800 mA on 12V. A smaller version of this drive (120Gb) is aproved by Dream.

 

Also while recording is sometimes saw a (1 pixel line) green stripe on my tv.

 

Any ideas ?

Aston v1.05 with original canal+ card
