No 0/12 Volt on AD3000IP

I have no 12 volt at the 0/12 volt socket at the rear of my AD3000IP (12 volt is ON in the menu). It was probably overloaded when I connected a fan.

 

I suspect there is something wrong with the power supply as its board is burned under R17, around Q3, Q4 and Q5.

 

Has anybody a circuit diagram of the power supply or can anybody tell me what components are Q3, Q4 and Q5?
