Traveller and encryptions

I am having troubles with traveller images (all including the last 23.03)about the following:

- No au on nagra via digital and cabo 30W (polsat 13E working fine)

- On some channels in TPS 13E(festival,odysee,rtm,teletoon) they don't clear and others (espn classic) clear after various attempts.

- In ART bouquet 13E, all channels clear after some attempts.

Can some one try and tell me what happens to them.
