-new: USALS support (hardware settings)

-new: Ability to choose audiotrack while playback file with multiple audio. Shortcut to change audio in Live, File and DVD mode is common now.

-new: remote control of Digiwave 103g now supported too.

-upd: update Technotrend Budget PCI library. new versions of TT Budget PCI cards should work now.
